About the Presenter

Bill Fuller is Practice Manager in the Audit and Compliance Practice at Hudson. As a senior project management consultant with over 25 years in combined industry and consulting experience, Bill has built a wealth of knowledge from his work with companies experiencing rapid change and fast-growth in the areas of business development, logistics/distribution (domestic and international), financial reporting and administration, regulatory compliance, corporate restructurings and post-acquisition integrations.

Bill's perspective on risk management is practical and experience-based, having worked in the COSO ERM environment since 2003 from both an external auditor and management perspective. Bill has the vantage point of his leadership roles for consulting engagements with numerous types of companies and industries, including systems and process assurance financial controls audits ("Integrated Audit"). Recently, he managed the outsourced Internal Audit function for a highly successful retail operation, developing effective programs for their SOX compliance and Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to joining Hudson, Bill served as a Senior Manager in Assurance for a Big 4 firm. In his current role as leader for the Hudson Audit and Compliance Practice in Minnesota, he has hands-on involvement with several leading-edge clients.

Over his career, Bill has served in Director roles from Operations to Business and Process Development to Logistics, as well as held titles of Senior Manager and Manager of International Business Development in companies ranging from small regional retailers and manufacturers/distributors to large multi-national and international companies.

Bill is a strong advocate for continuous improvement and has been a frequent speaker at industry events locally and across the country. Bill holds a BS degree from the University of Minnesota, and he is active with the IIA and ISACA.
